spring loaded

Every spring our church holds an Easter event called "Spring Loaded". We have gone in the past and had a great time, but I have to say that it's 100x's more fun with kids. This year, we took full advantage of inflatables, egg hunts, petting zoo and snow cones. I'm not sure what excited them more - the fun things at the event or getting to ride a school bus shuttle to and from it! Here are a few pictures from today:

We get to ride on a school bus?! YAY!

Bounce house #1

Bounce house #2 - only the thought of an Easter egg hunt could get them out

Finding eggs

You mean they don't have candy IN them? Ok, I'm done.

Suma's is on top, Ibra's is below

"Mommy - my goat was like this one!"

Someone is not a fan of so many animals, so Aunt Julie took her to wait outside (thanks, Aunt Julie!).

Cowgirl Suma was all for the photo op, but we forgot to tell her that it moves.

Cowboy Ibra stayed on longer than the older, bigger kids who went before him. Way to go!

Snow cones...mmm!

"Mommy! My tongue is blue!"

Yep. This picture is, to date, the most accurate reflection of their little personalities. Sassy and goofy!

We are so over this camera-thing. Can we eat candy now?

We had some much fun with Aunt Julie! Thanks for playing with us (and bringing your camera)!
